I came from a very diet focused background and yo-yo dieted for most of my life. I've tried about EVERY diet in the book.

I know the frustration of feeling like I FINALLY found something that worked, only to realize that it didn't.

The scale weight would ruin my day when it would increase .2 pounds, and I went to bed with guilt every night when I didn't stick to the "plan." I exercised 6 days a week with a heavy cardio focus and thought eating 1200 would be the life I needed to maintain in order to be "fit." -

Sound familiar?

Where it started

I wasn't fat, but I wasn't skinny. Since the age of 10, I felt that I could always lose just 5 more pounds to fit that dress.

Then I became a mama. After each child, i would gain 40 plus pounds, but I would always manage to lose the weight...

...Until my last child.

This time was different. I was older. I was sedentary. I was tired. I was stressed. I was stuck.

Nothing seemed to help me lose the weight.

Nothing worked and I felt i was on a hamster wheel of frustration and disappointment. Running just made me tired and hurt my knees. I even tried a 30-day cleanse on my birthday in hopes that those pounds would stay off for good.

They didn't.

Fast Forward . . .

Here enters in the happier and educated Ashna in her 40's.

The one who eats chocolate every day, enjoys pizza with her kids, and finds ways to include food she loves and food she needs.

The one who started learning about the power of building muscle with only 4 training days a week and finding confidence in feeling strong for the first time in her life.

The one who doesn't panic anymore when the scale jumps up even 2-5 pounds. She understand that muscle weights something. The one who prioritizes sleep and stress. The one who NEVER eats 1200 calories (even in a fat loss phase) and found freedom through fueling her body in a sustainable way.

This is why I became a coach!

To help other women find the freedom and confidence that we all deserve.
